Refunds & Returns
At Spellbound Scents, each candle is hand-poured with care in small batches. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help where we can.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Used candles
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalised orders
Candles and wax products are considered personal and flammable goods, so returns can only be accepted if unused and in original condition. If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
